Clown Killifish

It prefers a tank with plenty of hiding places, such as plants, rocks, and driftwood, and a substrate of sand or fine gravel. It also prefers a slightly acidic to neutral pH (around 6.0-7.5) and a temperature between 72-82°F.
One unique characteristic of the Clown Killifish is its breeding behavior. Unlike most fish, the Clown Killifish does not lay its eggs in a nest or on a substrate. Instead, the male will wrap his body around the female during breeding and deposit the eggs on her body, where they will be protected until they hatch.
