Kribensis Cichlids, also known as Kribs, are a popular species of freshwater fish native to West Africa. They are named for the Kribi region in Cameroon, where they were first discovered. Kribensis Cichlids are known for their beautiful coloration and distinctive patterns, with males exhibiting bright red coloration on their bellies and fins, and females displaying a more muted coloration with a pinkish belly. They have a peaceful to semi-aggressive temperament and can be kept with other non-aggressive fish in a well-decorated aquarium with plenty of hiding places.
