• Sales tax on free products is the responsibility of the consumer.
• Accounts inactive for 12 months will be deemed inactive, and all associated products will be nullified.
• Natural Balance redemptions must occur within 18 months of the first purchase. Dog 4/5lb bags are excluded from the program.
• All other brands must be redeemed within 24 months of the first purchase.
