Gold Gourami
The Gold Gourami, also known as the Three-spot Gourami or Trichogaster trichopterus, is a popular freshwater fish species among aquarists. They are known for their bright golden-yellow coloration and the distinctive black spot on their side, which is why they are also called Three-spot Gourami. Gold Gouramis are a hardy species and are relatively easy to care for, making them a popular choice for beginner aquarists. They can grow up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length, and they have a long, slender body with a pointed tail. Male Gold Gouramis have longer dorsal fins, while the females have shorter and rounder dorsal fins.
