I shared this order with a friend. He says his squirrels loved it! My feeder was in a difficult location for the squirrels to access so I don't know if the chili peppers put them off or not.

Great suet for repelling squirrels and rats

I found that the Chickadees favorite is Peanut Select, but it was also the favorite of the squirrels and rats. I tried the Hot Pepper suet and within a few weeks, the squirrels and rats would ignore it. I went from having to put out a block every two days to one or two a week depending on the season.
